CANFIELD — Insight Clinical Counseling and Wellness LLC opened the doors of its newest facility to the community with a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house.
The Canfield Office, located at 3685 Stutz Dr., Suite 103, marks the third office opened in just a little over a year for the mental health and wellness practice.
“With May being Mental Health Awareness Month, we couldn’t think of a more fitting time to officially open our Canfield Office and welcome in the community,” Jessica Oates, LPCC-S, Insight Founder and Counselor, said.
Insight, founded in 2020, has seen tremendous growth in the last year with its first location opened in East Liverpool followed by Salem and now Canfield. And her team has grown from one counselor to now 22 mental health and wellness professionals helping individuals, couples and families throughout the Valley.
Insight offers a full continuum of services including behavioral health, mood disorders, mental health, trauma and PTSD for individuals of all ages. And with this new location, Insight will now begin offering wellness services including reiki, massotherapy and nutrition.
“We believe overall wellness plays a large role in our mental health, which makes services like reiki and massotherapy a nice complement to traditional counseling services. It’s also something you won’t find at every practice and is unique to Insight,” Oates said. “Also, there is an important connection between the foods we eat and the way we feel, so when the opportunity to add a nutrition component became available it was something we were eager to offer to our clients.”
The Canfield office is also home to therapy for some of our area’s youngest individuals with Parent Child Interaction Therapy – a form of therapy that encourages play and interaction between the parent and child through the supervision of a certified therapist.
Insight is currently accepting new patients for both in-person and telehealth appointments. For information on or to schedule an appointment, visit insightclinicalcounseling.com.
